One Bedroom ground floor flat

Lots of space, good parking, quiet area.

Absolutely wonderful location and nice for the area.

Location was good for our purposes,, close to the university. The apartment was warm, clean and nicely decorated.

Unfortunately, the satellite dish was broken so we could only access programmes via the internet. Signal was variable. The shower was also variable in temperature and pressure depending on other usage within the building.

This was our second time using this apartment. The owners have given the bathroom a refurb, as it was a bit outdated, they have also given the kitchen area a refresh too. It's a good location, to Bridge of Allan and centre of Stirling which makes it a good base to travel from.

The only negative thing is , it's beside a busy road especially hear the traffic in the kitchen/living area. Fortunately the bedroom is at the back which means don't hear the traffic. However the railing line is at the back, but with the trains being electric they a lot quieter than you expect.

It was well laid out. Everything we needed. Abd central to where we wanted to be.

Car park was flooded and needs fixing.

Kitchen utensils well stocked and good quality.
