Rendkívül jó az elhelyezkedése a lakásnak, 10 perc Ortigia. Saját belső parkolóhely áll rendelkezésre, de nagyon szűk a kapu bejárata. A behajtás nem kezdő sofőröknek való, nagy kocsival esélytelen. A WW T-Roc-kal is irányító segítség kellett, mert ezerrel sípolt az autó ütközésjelzője, a visszapillantókat be kellett hajtani. A lakás tiszta, kényelmes, kiválóan felszerelt. Napernyővel és egyéb kényelmi felszereléssel, mosógéppel, szúnyogrisztóval stb. ellátott.

A Booking-on az az információ volt, hogy a helyszínen vár majd valaki. Ehelyett whatsapp üzenetben volt leírva a bejutás módja. Az üzenet nem nekem (mint szállást foglalónak) érkezett, hanem a baráti társaság egy másik tagjának, ami teljesen érthetetlen. Mivel nem is vette észre, hogy üzenetet kapott, volt egy kis kavalkád a bejutással. Négy kulcsszéf van az ingatlanon, csak a pdf-ben megküldött rajz alapján találtuk meg a megfelelő dobozt. Azt is a helyszínen tudtuk meg, hogy le kell fotózni az igazolványokat és csak ezt követően kapjuk meg a széf kódot. Távozásunk után írt a tulajdonos, hogy elfelejtette elkérni az idegenforgalmi adót (2,5 euró/éj). PayPal fizetést kért, de az nekünk nem volt, így bankszámlára utaltuk a pénzt.

Apartman je bio na dobroj lokaciji, na pješačkoj udaljenosti od brojnih znamenitosti, restorana i barova. Apartman je bio uredan sa svim potrebnim sadržajima, blizu trgovina, a veliki plus bio jd parking. Domaćini pristupačni i ljubazni.

Clean and confortable, free parking in the courtyard

In weekdays it was serious refurbishment at the upper apartment starting drillings at 7:30am

The location and our car was small enough to fit in the off road car park of the complex so we did not need to worry about parking or it might be tricky at times. Lots of extras were available for use egbeach umbrella

Getting a bit tired

We chosen this apartment being close to Ortigia. And our waitings were confirmed. Beginning with the parking in the inner yard, even with a bigger car, with the mirrors plied and a little careful, cause the gate is narrow. But with no stress looking for a parking place on a street! The entrance is very well securised, but a very clear self check-in procedure. Apartment is big enough, with all amenities and very clean. There are enough space to deposit the luggage. We met also our hosts, is a lovely and very kind family. Apartment is perfectly situated, at walking distance to the main bridge to Ortigia and near a small park with magnificent trees. It was a very pleasent stay here!

Nice apartment sofa bed very comfortable great price quick walk to Ortigia and lovely owners.

There are renovations start 7am above and night club on the weekend. These are external factors that affected our stay. Just have to go out all day. Property was damp.

Italian flavor from an authentic and nice neighborhood. Easy to get in Ortigia by walking. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The heating system works very well. The host is very nice and helpful.

Very good location, comfortable to walk to Ortigia. Private parking available, so no stress to park while visiting the town. Very clean, all facilities one might need. Massimo is a welcoming host proving all information need for a pleasant stay in Siracusa.
