Très propre, pratique, spacieux. Easy Check-in. On a eu des super recommandations de restaurants et activités

La pression de l’eau est très très faible ce qui rend la douche difficile. Le logement se situe au dernier étage sans ascenseur.

La casa è molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottima la posizione, già al di sotto si trovano bar e ristoranti ben forniti, inoltre si trova a due passi da Ortigia, posizione fondamentale per chi vuole girare l'isola a piedi poiché non è possibile accedervi con la macchina. I parcheggi si trovano nelle vie che circondano la casa, poiché noi abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di Ferragosto è stato un po' più difficile trovarne liberi ma dopo alcuni giri lo abbiamo sempre trovato.

Le scale per accedere alla casa, poiché l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore. Avendo letto le recensioni, già eravamo al corrente di questo fattore. Se vengono percorse per più volte al giorno diventano davvero stancanti.

bizarre checking: no meeting, no over the phone call, at a distance street door unlocking and brief text instructions for keys location. stairs : top floor below rooftops ( 4th floor). not suitable for families, older people or heavy luggage… Bed not made. No water pressure. Had to contact owner. after a couple hours found out one must activate very noisy electrical pump… bathroom upstairs (bedroom) inop and very low ceilings ( ouch ! 😂). Kitchen cutlery and porcelain needed to be washed prior to use. Tiny windows. Noisy. Tiny Terrace advertised used by smokers (?!). 2 full used ashtrays. not private ! Threatening note under sink : will be charged for not properly disposing of recycled goods using video footage ! yet nowhere to do so in the building! Experience with owner/ contact mysterious at best. messages left unanswered.
