Location Size of room Bed

Room not cleaned every day. Had to ask to be cleaned.TV channels very limited & no English speaking news channel.Kitchenware needs to be replaced(knives,forks,spoons very stained)no butter knives...odd plates,bowls.Only 1x coffee cup. Shower needs good scrub out...especially for VIP room, outside shower.Water pressure not real good & shower heads need to be replaced as sprays out sideways not on you(was like this oct/nov 2022 & i did mention needs attention)No chairs or table on the VIP balcony to use.Water leaking out of air con down wall & onto wooden floorboards.Water leaking from the outside of the building & coming underneath paint near windows inside.Wardrobe mirror glass slipped in frame so couldn't open door sorted out but potential hazzard.Needs to be revamped for the price paid for room as getting tired. Stayed at least 6x times over the last 5years...not impressed with deterioration of the place.Caretaker young guy is nice...but slack...his area which you can see when you come into premises is distgusting.Lady who cleaned who was awesome isn't there atm.
