"Agréable malgré cet incident qui a perturbé nos vacances"

La situation proche commerces et plage. Très bel appartement. Je le recommande malgré un incident de climatisation de 3 nuits. Le personnel a essayé de faire son possible.

La climatisation qui n a pas fonctionné pendant 3 jours. Un problème difficile à régler mais le personnel nous a offert une nuit en loft lago pour avoir une chambre climatisée. Je les remercie grandement pour cela. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine pour manger 2 fois sans faire de lave vaisselle.

"Great location and facilities for a short stay in Riccione. Room for improvement on the organization front."

Great location, parking space for our car right by the appartment. All the facilities just perfect for our stay.

We were shown to our appartment by someone who was not familiar with the proceedure - who also tried unsuccessfully to open the doors with a set of keys that was difficult to use through our entire stay. Also, the electric spark ignition for our gas cooker wasnt working when we arrived - a problem that was solved very rapidly but which gave us the overall impression that quality control was not at its best. The small reception at „check-out“ was completely blocked by other guests organizing tickets for the beach etc. Again, organization could be better….
