Very challenging to park my car at level 7. To move in or out from the house are challenging. Need more access card because we have three families

location cleanliness
1. parking there are many parking lots but you have to drive up to the floor. unless we park at visitor car park (always full house) 2. 2nd bathroom has No mirror
