Die Lage ist großartig und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnungen sind toll für Familien geeignet. In direkter Nähe befindet sich eine Eisdiele, ein Restaurant und eine Bäckerei. Der Vorgarten vom Haus hat sehr schöne schattige Sitzplätze, die wir jeden Tag nutzen konnten. Das war sehr gut und den Cappuccino gab es direkt von der Eisdiele rübergebracht.

Tiszta, jól felszerelt szállás közvetlenül a strandnál. Előtte étterem, pékség, fagyizó van. Az erkélyajtó kiválóan hangszigetel.

A szállás előtt szűk az úttest, nagyobb autóval problémás bekanyarodni.

Receiving a message after our stay saying that we had marked the hob.

The beach is nice, the apartment is clean and silent, the owner came to pick us up at the airport.

The owner made my 4-year-old daughter cry as she didn't take off her sandals before going up the stairs. When my daughter played with a 3-year-old child the owner sent away the child saying to his grandad that this is private property. My daughter cried as she couldn't understand why she couldn't play with her friend. When we took an inflatable toy to the beach he jumped in front of us telling me off and accusing me for destroying his house with sea salt. We were terrified to use it again and left it downstairs where he wanted it to leave ( in the middle of the road). This block of apartments called Children's paradise has little to do with children's paradise really. I travelled alone with my daughter as my husband couldn't reach us straightaway for work reasons. I wonder if this situation contributed to his feeling free to treat a woman with a child in a authoritarian way. I will never return to this property as I didn't feel free but observed and conditioned. I didn't even feel free to ask if an old friend of mine could come upstairs for a coffee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located right beside the beach with a stunning view of the sea from the balcony, and is well equipped with everything you need for a week stay, including cooking. The location itself is perfect, being right beside the beach but also only a 10-15 min walk to the bus stop where there are very frequent buses to Zadar. The host and hostess were so welcoming and kind, they gave us advice and help when needed and were so friendly. They made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend this apartment!
