THE CLOCKHOUSE, ROuGHTON

Amazing property, spotless with every thing needed from ironing board, cooking utensils, WiFi and even a carton of fresh milk in the fridge. Nicely laid out, comfortable sofa and bed - everything was fresh, clean and presentable Isolation - you can’t hear a single thing, no traffic, no noise no nothing - amazing

I can’t fault this property, but if I was too pick something I’d say it would be the directions to find it, maybe need to make ‘Highview House’ more prominent. But that’s only a minor detail. Everything else was perfect.

A quant property. Was great to be left alone. Perfect for our 4 night stay.

It was extremely hot a couple of nights which stopped us sleeping, so would have been great to have had a fan available.

Bed was really comfy

Overall cleanliness was pretty poor . Worktops and kitchen utensils needed a good clean. Lack of hand towels and the one in room was smelly/dirty . Cobwebs evident throughout. Sofa very uncomfortable

We were in Cromer for a flying visit to see family. The Clockhouse was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and clean.

Had everything you’d need for a leisure stay. I loved the small touches like cleaning products and toiletries that made our stay easier.

Location, cleanliness and the general quality and fittings within the accommodation. Contact information should one experience any problems and the approachable nature of the host. Airy and warm. Particularly liked the under floor heating in the bathroom which was activated by switching on the heated towel rail. Pleasantly surprised when walked into the bathroom barefooted first time round. A nice stay.

There was no microwave available which would have been useful but not particularly troublesome to our stay. I felt the 2 seater sofa was a little uncomfortable after a period of watching TV as it was a bit worn in terms of firmness.

Hosts very quick with communication, let us check in early. Very comfortable for a short stay
