The host is not able to send the right invoice since 6 weeks now. It is really simple only to amend the receipient as my company needs the invoice with the company name on. But after several chats and explanations there is still no amended invoice... Disappointing!

Excellent location and convenience

Apartment was on 2nd floor and no lift so moving luggage was stressful. Bathroom sink was blocked. But for these 2 issues, I would have rated the property as excellent.

We didn't get any instructions at our arrival. When we phoned the given number, we were first told that we hadn't booked anything - even though we provided the booking reference. We had to call about 10 times which took about 2 hours to finally get proper access instructions. Very stressful arrival. The location itself is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants etc.

Central to Solihull and the motorway network. Clean apartment with all the necessary cups and plates and associated cooking pots and with easy road access.

Nothing.

The bathroom is very very dirty - the sink wouldn’t even work - the room is quite tiny and no plates available or cups to drink or eat! The bare minimum at least. There is a tiny window but next door houses can see inside from their back garden.

The mirror is not in front of sink, is on top of toilet?!!!
