Saarburg Wine Apartments

• Location is excellent – directly across from the train station. • There is a garage (though quite cluttered).

• The kitchen is big but has a strong, persistent smell of old grease and oil buildup. Opening windows to ventilate only attracted large flies. • Many corners of the house are covered in spider webs. • Overall cleanliness is poor: the towel rack in the bathroom has mold growth, the toilet has old stains. • The heating system is outdated and ineffective, making nights particularly cold, especially in the bedroom facing the road.

Da nur eine Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnen zur Verfügung stand, wurden Kaffeebohnen bereitgestellt. Sehr nette Geste, denn Bohnen haben wohl die meisten Reisenden nicht dabei.

Sauberkeit in den Fensterbereich ließ zu wünschen übrig, Spinnweben längere Zeit nicht beseitigt. Da Küche und Wohnbereich sehr getrennt liegen, wäre ein kleines Radio im Küchenbereich sehr sinnvoll, da man sich im Couchbereich, wo auch der Fernseher steht, eher selten auf Grund der Anordnung aufhält. Das mitgebrachte Gerät (ALEXA) konnte auf Grund der Router Konfiguration nicht betrieben werden, da zwar die Netzwerkeinwahl möglich war, aber keine Autorisierung durchgeführt werden konnte.

Ruim, goede faciliteiten. Eigen garage voor de auto. Goed contact met de eigenaar.

Het was oké.

This was an amazing apartment, lovely and big with amazing views from the windows and terrace. Lovely comfy beds and a good shower. It’s an easy walk into Saarburg and there is everything you need.

The terrace wasn’t very clean with cigarettes, however this may have been missed by the cleaners, the rest of the apartment was very clean.
