"konieczna naprawa instalacji do kodu (wejście do kamienicy)."

obiekt ok. wyposażenie, standard bardzo dobry w stosunku do ceny. Lokalizacja świetna, parkowanie bez problemu (parking miejski, płatny).

Jedynym bardzo dużym minusem był nie działający kod do drzwi wejściowych do kamienicy (gdyby nie przypadkowość osób wychodzących z kamienicy, wejście byłoby nie możliwe) :(
