"Passable"

Location is very convenient - right across the festival park and next to a grocery store. Soundproofing is good. Owner was very kind and allowed us to check-in a couple of hours early.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned enough (e.g.there were half empty things left in the fridge from previous guests). The shower is basically unusable due to mold, so that spoiled the whole stay - it was just disappointing, because the communication was great.

Location was good, heart the fort hill and cultural center. Big grocery store nearby
