Ernesto met us and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was spacious and there was everything we needed for a family of 5 adults. It had a lovely balcony at the front where we could sit at night. It was close to restaurants and Sorrento centre was a leisurely 10 minute walk away. On Good Friday we had an issue with the boiler, there was no hot water. I contacted Ernesto and his wife came round, she replaced the gas bottle and the issue was fixed quickly.

The Host very helpfull. The property is nice and clean. I like the property. The location near the center and train station.

Location was not far from Sorrento shops, restaurants, train station, and port. Spacious unit. Elevator to get to unit (on 2nd floor). Host let us check in early. He gave us a tour of the unit and gave some information about Sorrento. It was clean and safe and nicely decorated. We had two bedrooms, which worked out great for us. There are two beds in one bedroom and one bed in the other bedroom. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms which was nice. Refrigerator, microwave and stove in the kitchen. We didn’t use the stove. Busy road but quiet inside the unit. Comfortable beds. Nice assortment of towels for us to use. We paid a good price for a unit this size in Sorrento.

No shampoo, shower gel provided. It said toiletries were included, so we didn’t bring shower gel or shampoo. No laundry detergent was provided either. We opted to go to a nearby laundromat to do laundry and dry the clothes. That was a better option for us rather than buy laundry detergent, wash in the apartment, and hang everything up to dry on the balcony or in the rooms.

Ernesto was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was immaculate and very roomy for five of us. It is very close to the port, the restaurants and shopping.

Good size property located very conveniently a few minutes walk outside the centre. This second floor apartment is spacious and well equipped in a secure and quiet residential block with shops and restaurants very close by. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a lift. A very small issue is the traffic noise as the property is on a busy road - if you're out and about lots, this isn't an issue.

No parking , though there was empty spot everyday

Not a great location. 15 minutes minimum walk to beach. Cannot see the ocean. Extremely noisy from street/traffic outside as this is only one story above street and so noisy that it sounded like a window was open all the time. The owner met us there said 2:30, didn’t come til 3. Then was rude and said check in is 3. He didn’t care we arrived at 11 and had no where to bring our luggage after flying for 14 hours. We had to walk back and forth with all our luggage for 4 hours until we could get into apartment.

Great location just outside the old town. Extremely spacious and clean apartment, with newly renovated bathrooms and looks freshly painted as well. The beds are firm and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Washing machine on the verandah was very appreciated once we found it (!)

It is on a busy road as others have noted but it didn’t really bother us- the traffic does quieten at night. Would be good to have some washing powder for the washing machine and a tea towel to dry the dishes. Like other Italian places we stayed no toaster is supplied.
