The owner claimed to have messaged me on the day of my arrival to arrange for keys hand over but he lied as there was no messages from him, owner made me walk almost a mile to pick the keys up at 10 pm in a country I do not know, bedroom had no curtains so no privacy meaning that bypasser can see in the bedroom so we slept on the floor in the kitchen which is extremely narrow for a couple, day after the whole property was infected with bugs and we found a bug repellent device plugged in behind the sofa which means the owner is aware of bug infestation as well no wifi at all during our whole stay, disgraceful and should not be on booking.com. Do not go there, I have seen cheaper properties whit far higher and better standards and conditions

The only good things are location and free parking. And maybe the staff that tried to be of service.

Where to start. First, it wasn't clean. The couch was full of stains. The apartment was missing some things stated on booking, such as an iron or any closet we can use. And it was unbearably noisy. We were on the lower floor and we could hear people upstairs all the time. Especially annoying was the fact that when they walked it felt like the ceiling was going to collapse. All in all it's far from the accommodation worth that amount of money. We changed accommodations three times during this trip (Lisbon, Porto and Setubal), and this one was the most expensive one, while being by far the worst one.

The location was great, easy to park the car. Quite surroundings.

The atmosphere in the apartment was quite gloomy and humid. The shared terrace was not inviting to say the least. The main entrance of the complex was next to our bedroom and was really loud every time someone opened that gate. The WIFI was not working. They tried to fix it with no significant result. If you really need WiFi don’t stay here. During check out the water was closed off. Really inconvenient.

Well equipped and situated accommodations Very clean and comfortable. Nice outside seating area. Secure bicycle parking. Personable and responsive owner. Helpful in making restaurant recommendations.

No complaints.

The woman met us to hand over the key. We kept changing the check-in time and she was most understanding. Quiet, nice layout of home. We could walk to a grocery and bakery.

It was not within walking distance to any sights we planned to see. But we had a car, so good to go.
