23 Manzini Chalets-Pumba's Den

The location was great. We had everything we needed and the place was clean upon arrival. It was also cleaned every day. There was a nice big swimming pool. There's also a TV with Openview.

The shower door apparently broke just before we arrived so we had 1 missing shower door. The host did meet with us and explained the situation. Other than that, everything was great.

In the rooms there were cockroaches. Toilet paper not provided Bathing soap not provided as well yet on the call it was said to be available.

The unit has its best time passed some time ago and simply should have been refreshed. It was dirty in the unit, especially couch and bathroom near the shower. one shower door missing another door misplaced. few tiles in the unit broken. Cockroaches in the unit. A/C is totally ineffective as it is placed in the kitchen, not helping in the sleeping room. Grill (Braai) was in terrible condition - we didn’t decide to use it as we planned. some construction works just 3 metres from the terrace taken in the morning wake us up stopped after 30 mins. then silent work has been done for the remaining time of the day - total nonsense and lack of empathy.

No complains. the power supply was on and off due to load shedding, but it did not affect us at all.
