The cleaning lady handed us the keys. the pool was mouldy, the patio furniture was so stained and ugly, the linen was awful, rooms were small and pokey, Livingroom was tiny. The garden was just sand where lawn was supposed to be.

The property was great, it had all the features I needed.

The maintenance on the property was neglected. The front door and bathroom door was catching the floor when you open and close it. The lock on the main bedroom cannot lock, kitchen cabinets door hinge was broken. Outside light was blown. One of the stove plates does not work. One of the air conditioners don't work. The microwave oven trip a circuit breaker and eventually also stopped working. Loose tiles on the floor. The chairs at the nook was broken.

A lovely flat that is perfect for a family of four. The flat is located behind the main street. I had a hassle free vacation as the house keeper tidied up every day and for a miniscule fee of R100 my laundry was washed,dried and neatly folded leaving me time to come home and relax. I definitely recommend the accomodation. My family and I were very comfortable and happy.

Great location walking distance or short drive to all activities , restaurants and shops

Clean comfortable bed, the room was good. My kids enjoyed the pool 😄 Great WiFi 💯 Wonderful staff

There was only one hanger 😞 in the wardrobe

The facts that's we at list had a place to sleep since we were away from our homes nothing was pleasant about the venue, cold water for shower, place is not clean, smelling of the sewer. it was not value for money. we have to bath using hand wash sink, cos i can't bath with cold water.

EVERYTHING.... Firstly, the villa we booked, which was Villa 5 was given to other people without being communicated with us🥺. 2ndly, we had no hot water the entire weekend 😭😭😭. 3rdly, the toilet was smelling of the suerage, which was really disappointing and disgusting...

Location was good, staff kept things clean outside.

The place is run down, needs updating. We stayed in villa 5, it was very small, furniture was not suitable, dryer that dont work left in room, broken stool left in room, very old bed, not comfortable and creaky. Smell of damp in room from sink leaking. Shower screen leaks.
