Apartment is clean and has many amenities. Great location. It is easier to find street parking in front of the apartment after 8pm. Responsive and helpful host. Very clear self check in instructions.

It was really modern and well kept and very spacious. They had left a fresh packet of pasta and sauce as well as condiments for you to be able to make a meal if needed. There was also a rooftop that our room opened up to - that was awesome.

One night there was no hot water for showering and we were informed that it was because it wasn’t quite sunny that day and we would have to switch on the mains which was in the laundry room outside the apartment. But even after 60 minutes there was no hot water. In the end it got too late and we went to sleep and showered in the morning when there was ample hot water. There was also no dish washing liquid and as such the plates and cutlery that they had in the cupboards were not quite clean. The owner managed to get us some dishwashing liquid but in future they need to ensure that this is available and secondly to check that the plates and cutlery already in the cupboard is clean. We suspect that whoever stayed before us didn’t have washing up liquid and as such must have just rinsed the dishes and kept them inside.

The communication was excellent. Everything was as described. The apartment is very spacious, located in the main street of Siracuses.

Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean. More attention should be given on this aspect for future clients. Also, the matress was not comfortable.

A new, modern, spacious, bright, well furnished and equipped appartement which I can firmly recommend.

I like the location of the property, right next to the bus stop, shops, bakeries, 15minute walking distance to Ortigia

It was not very clean. The kitchen was full of not properly washed dishes from previous guests- the cleaning person should be checking that as well. No basic things for cooking- like oil/pepper, etc., one pot was not even working on induction stove. We had to ask for a toilet paper, since there was no extra toilet paper in some shelf. The terrace and the seating area was super dirty as well- no one is cleaning it. the drying rack was falling apart. You could easily open the door to our room from the hallway! Just one pair of keys for 3 people and the kid. Next time we have to check the type of the showers since it was not very good for my son.

Great host, great location. Easy walking distance to both Ortigia and its markets, and in the other direction, the Greek historical sites.
