"Very comfortable with a pleasant view."

Geyser not switched on - cold bathroom water Black mould inside the left (nr 2) flat's bathroom door. We would like the entrance door to be locked at night - the keys were removed. The nr 1 flat smelled very strongly of smoke which we could not get rid of. Maybe the problem is the chimney of the fireplace/ braai that does not function properly. Too much smoke enters the living are, which is really not very pleasant.
