Location, with a great view, and host was really nice

AC only in main area.could do without in the little bedroom.

Mūs sagaidīja burvīgs jaunietis, kas saņemot jau laikus mūsu whatspa ziņu, ka būsim vēlāk, mums atbildēja, ka sagaidīs mūs, bija jau parūpējies, lai mums ir vieta pretī apartamentiem maksas stāvvietai automašīnai (tā gan bija par maksu - 25 eur par nakti), apartamenti bija ļoti plaši, labi ventilēti, ērti un pārdomāti, pat mums - 4 cilvēkiem 1 dušas telpa bija ļoti ērti iekārtota.

Nav nekas, kas nepatiktu.

only one wine glass, an iron and ironing board would have been good, fresh towels would have been great too!

Fantastic location in Ortigia

Der freundliche Empfang von Edouardo und Hilfestellung bei der "Navigation" durch die Altstadt. Wunderbare Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer. Öffentliches PH Talete ist zu Fuss relativ gut erreichbar.

Be- und Entladen sind in der engen Altstadtstrasse etwas schwierig.

Il palazzo è molto bello, il nostro appartamento aveva la finestra sul mare. Posizione ottima per visita la splendida Ortigia. Comodo il parcheggio privato proprio davanti.

Purtroppo, pur essendo un palazzo d’epoca, la casa aveva molti problemi. In cucina c’era un fortissimo odore di muffa. Il bagno, un po’ datato e ristrutturato con mattonelle simil legno, non adatte alla struttura, non era pulitissimo ed il lavandino era otturato. Per lavarsi bisognava aspettare scendesse l’acqua! Mia figlia ha dormito in sala sul divano letto, scomodo e cingolante, le lenzuola ad una piazza mentre il divano era più grande e il copriletto era molto polveroso.Inoltre al centro della sala c’era un grande lucernario ma non si poteva oscurare quindi alle 5.30 c’era luce . Diciamo che l’appartamento merita di essere ristrutturato ed abbellito anche con mobili diversi. Il letto matrimoniale scomodissimo.

We loved everything about this B&B. The view is incredible, the accommodation is comfortable, and the host is very kind and gives excellent advice. The location is excellent. We were a 10/15 minutes maximum of everything on Ortygia Island. Honestly, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Wow what an apartment. So clean. bed very comfortable and view from bedroom and rooftop amazing. The gentleman who checked us in very helpful and very nice. Also valet private parking right out the front.
