A gorgeous property right in the middle of sayulita. The room had everything you would need and smelt amazing! Messaging with the host was always easy and staff were very helpful during our stay when we locked ourselves out the safe. I would 100% stay here again

Nothing! It’s in the middle of sayulita so it is to be expected there will be some noise, but we found everything quieten down by 12PM so it didn’t really bother us!

Everything was lovely. Convemient location , comfy beds, quiet in bedroom, clean.

We could have used an umbrella on the rooftop pool area. It was very hot without one. There was a stand but no umbrella. I understand umbrellas and wind and would have been careful.

We absolutely loved this apartment and would stay here again without hesitation. It’s on the top floor, giving uninterrupted views over nearby buildings and out to the ocean. The south-facing wall of the balcony is open, meaning it gets sun all day, unlike the lower units that only open to the front. The location is unbeatable right in the centre of town and 30 seconds to the beach. It made everything effortless, and it was super handy being able to duck back home during the day to grab things or cool off. Great people watching from the balcony too! The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and has a great laid-back vibe. The rooftop pool is the cherry on top with 360° views. Only shared with the three apartments it basically feels like a private rooftop. Highly recommended - easily one of our favourite stays in Mexico.

Nothing, loved everything. As others have mentioned there is live music from a restaurant nearby. We enjoyed it and weren’t bothered. The host has ear plugs available if you do want to block any noise.

We had the best time here! The location is unbeatable; just a short walk to the beach and all the town’s charming shops, cafes, and restaurants. Our suite was spacious, stylish, and well-equipped with a comfy bed, hot shower, and fast A/C. We loved the shaded outdoor patio space and spent so much time out there. We never used the outdoor kitchenette but it was prepped with all the essentials including fresh drinking water! We also loved the semi private rooftop pool, it was the perfect place to soak it all in. We really appreciated the daily cleaning with fresh towels provided, and were grateful for the beach chairs, surf boards and umbrellas available to borrow as well. Nico and Atalia were gracious hosts that were easy to communicate with and their staff were all very friendly.

This is right in the heart of Sayulita, and we loved every minute of it!!

Loved everything about this place. The hosts provided beach towels and anything else you would need for a relaxing and fun day at the beach. I loved the location the most though. It's 1 block from the beach and central to everything. The studio even had a bluetooth speaker which I appreciated. The hosts left ear plugs since there's live music downstairs on the corner each night, but honestly, you don't really need them unless you're going to bed at 9 pm. The fan and AC drown out the noise too.

There isn't really much to not like about this place. The hosts provided pretty much everything you would need for a great visit.

The room was beautiful and the balcony was big and so nice! Location was amazing, right in the center of town, but still pretty quiet for the most part. Rooftop was fun because it was usually empty, so you could have it to yourself. Small pool, more like hot tub size, but nice just the same. Communication with the host was super easy and the staff we encountered were delightful. Our friends staying somewhere else were jealous of our spot!

The only thing that wasn't clear from the listing is this is not a hotel... I may not have read carefully, but it is very much like an apartment with no lobby or front desk or anything. Which honestly didn't make it a bad stay! Just not expected, and my friend had an injury that made stairs difficult. So, be aware that there are lots of stairs!!
