The apartment was beautiful. Very large and clean and comfortable. Quiet location but still very near everything. The host was so responsive and friendly (to a point - see below).

I originally rated this apartment an 8, which is the highest rating I give on here. Then the host wrote me rude messages on WhatsApp accusing me of ruining her life. Incredibly unprofessional, so I have lowered my rating. Below is what I wrote originally. This is more of a complaint about the city rather than about this apartment. The apartment offers free parking which is great, but the checkout time is 10am which is very early when you want to relax on vacation. Because of the early checkout time, we could not leave our car in the garage past 10am, but we also could not park anywhere else in the city because parking payments can only be made by SMS from a phone with a local SIM card (we didn't know about this situation until we'd already left the apartment.) We only had our American phones, so we could not pay for parking. The result was that we were not able to see anything in the city. Of course this isn't a problem if you don't have a car or if you have a local mobile phone.
