Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr ungepflegt, es stehen volle Mülltonnen vom Indischen Restaurant herum und riechen schlecht. Die Wohnung macht einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Die Wohnungstür ist nur provisorisch eingebaut. Die Fenster eines Raumes sind mit Folie abgeklebt, damit man den Geruch aus dem indischen Restaurant, welches unter der Wohnung ist, nicht direkt inhaliert. Der Lüfter des Restaurants ging bis 22 Uhr durchweg. Die Küche war nicht geputzt. In den Ecken fühlten sich Weberknechte wohl. Die schönen Fotos auf der Website stimmen nicht mehr mit der Realität überein, wenn sie es jemals getan haben!
