God beliggenhed. Få minutters gang til søen, strandpromenaden, caféer, restauranter, indkøb, bus mm. Roligt kvarter. Dejlig stort soveværelse. Masser af opbevaringsplads til tøj mm.

Der var, særligt om morgenen, en del støj fra de øvrige lejligheder. Perfekt lejlighed til 2 personer, men ikke meget plads hvis man er flere.
