Dopalo mi se to sto sam u apartmanu imala osećaj kao da sam kod kuce , lokacija odlična, higijena u apartmanu na visokom nivou , udobnost i komfor , vlasnica ljubazna , mirno okruženje , park dudova šuma , sve mi se dopalo i to sto je u prizemlju zgradi velika idea dobro snabdevena a i veliki pepko je odmah pored, zaista mi se sve dopalo, apartman ful opremljen ,ocena 10/10

Очень приятная квартира в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей и вокзала. На первом этаже продуктовый магазин IDEA и магазин одежды и аксессуаров для дома PEPCO. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания, в том числе несколько видов кофе и чая, нашелся даже пергамент для выпечки!

Обратите внимание, что на весну 2026 года происходит стройка соседнего дома, немного пыльно и шумно днем, но ночью на все голоса поют только птицы)

"A great apartment for a stay in Subotica"

The apartment is in a new building and is superbly located, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. There's free parking nearby, and a supermarket is right next to the building. The apartment is beautifully renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very pleasant, explained everything thoroughly, and we appreciate his hospitality. We highly recommend this place!

"Nagyon szép lakás a belváros közvetlen közelében"

Minden csodálatos volt: az elhelyezkedés tökéletes (nagyon közel a belváros). A lakás szép, tiszta, csendes, kényelmes, jól felszerelt és van lodzsája. A parkolási lehetőség megoldható az utcán (ingyenes) és a mélygarázsban is. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

Minden rendben volt.
