Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat az apartmanban, minden gördülékenyen zajlott a foglalástól a távozásig. A hely tiszta, igényes és jól felszerelt, pontosan olyan, mint a leírásban és a képeken. Külön kiemelném a szállásadó hozzáállását: rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és rugalmas volt, a kommunikáció végig gyors és zökkenőmentes. Még abban is segített, hogy könnyen megtaláljuk a szállást, ami nagyon pozitív benyomást keltett. A tartózkodásunk teljesen nyugodt és problémamentes volt, minden a legnagyobb rendben működött, semmi nem zavarta a pihenésünket.

Host kicked us out because we messaged him some of the problems we faced during our stay at his apartment. My stay was disrupted by a day without water, which the host kept saying it wasn’t their fault. Situations happen unexpectedly and it was troublesome but we tried to understand. The problem is that the host didn’t seem to care enough. There was no water until after the initial time the host notified us, so we had to buy water to take care of things. We were stuck in the room without knowing how long it would last because the host didn’t get back to us in a timely manner and we had to constantly ask for updates. I contacted the host regarding this matter along with some discrepancies between the information provided online and what he told me. It is reasonable for guests to address the issue directly to the host beforehand instead of just leaving a bad review afterwards. I am well aware of this and I would rather talk things out with the host than taking action to harm their business. However, after I sent him the message, the host came to the apartment unexpectedly, and acted extremely rude and aggressive towards us. He barged in, pushing and screaming at us to leave, and throwing our luggage out the door. I recorded the incident, during which he also threw my phone. We attempted to contact our embassy, but it was already closed at 6:00pm, so we had to find alternative accommodation. This was an extremely violent and unacceptable experience in Subotica, Serbia. The host also threatened us saying that even if we called the police they won’t help us because we’re not Serbians. I asked for help to one of my Serbian acquaintances, who tried to intervene gently, but the host wasn’t able to have any sort of civil conversation. The whole incident was very shocking and incomprehensible to us, but we tried to have a calm conversation with him.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It’s especially convenient if you’re crossing the border — it’s located about 15 minutes from the Horgoš border crossing. The host was very friendly and always available. The check-in and check-out process was easy and fully contactless, which made everything very smooth. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

İt was an amazing experience! İt was clean nicely designed. With a very nice smell the house did welcome us. The owner was flexible with me and very kind as well. Definitely suggest to anyone !
