Mattress on bed was no good i suffer from bad back and the Mattress in master bedroom was no good and made my back worse

The caravan was in a good position. Very well equipped. Plenty of room.when emailing the own they would answer quickly.The site was really clean,grass cut. No rubbish.

Unfortunately the double bed had a wet patch on and it went through to the mattress protector. On the plus side there were clean and dry ones under the bed.. The rugs were dirty, but emailed Owen who said take them up. He explained that not everyone takes their shoes off. We'd got slippers..
