Perfect location for a young family and enough space for all, site was friendly and well maintained only bad point can say that the television didn’t tune for us but it didn’t matter as we were out most of the time 😊

Owner was polite and checked in on us as soon as we arrived, and wifi worked as promised and a cheap price

Damp and mould on bedroom carpets and duvets and curtains,bearings on both doors are loose so left a draft, and we found rat droppins in 1 of the kitchen cupboards and a live maggot in another cupboard inside the pan so we weren't comfortable cooking anything there, damp and mold were the worst issue there was even mould on the books provided and with my son being asthmatic couldn't stop again

The caravan is in a good spot, love being next to the sea/beach and the sealands pub is very good for families. Love that it has wifi and shower very good.

Would say wasn’t the cleanest caravan, smelled of cigarette smoke and can tell was a smokers caravan previously (needs a deep clean) Curtains need replacing in the kitchen area as mouldy and stained. Some areas of the caravan had mould around windows and the blinds in toilet and shower rooms broken. Needs new decor as currently has a map taped on the wall.

The location was very good, close to lots of entertainment and walking.

The caravan is a little dated and a few things need replacing. There are very limited sockets so take an extension lead! Was okay for a weekend but a week with no remote for the tv would be annoying.

The caravan was very clean and tidy rearly good value for money and pet friendly witch was a mega bonus for us as we have a dog caravan was in a great location shop on site fantasy island a short walk away
