Having to go up the stairs with a baby. Locking and unlocking system is very time consuming and requires lots of strength to close and open door

Really clean in a good location with parking available outside. Great for a couple of nights stay.

Bed mattresses we're uncomfortable too soft and could feel springs. If these were replaced this would be a good apartment for a longer stay.

the water in shower was hot & then cold. the fitted sheet on double bed wasn’t big enough & kept coming off.

We was very happy with our choice .The whole flat is very modern, clean and very quite. the shower was very good the bathroom room clean and bright and there was tea coffee and milk on arrival. Towels was also provided. Plus a lovely Xmas tree was set up which made the living room look really nice. All the accommodation is very comfortable and homely. It is a shame quests before have not taken care of this attractive place as we can see a lot of thought and a lot of effort has been put into this flat to make guest feel comfortable. we would definitely book again when needed. Thank you .

We wasn't able to get the temperature up in the evening as it was a little cold . The bedroom needs new mattresses , as they are little bit lumpy. The T.V control did not work well as probably needed new batteries. But this did not spoil out stay.
