"Terrible attitude towards guests. Very disrespectful. Dust and mold."

Only location is good

Very disappointing stay. I’ve booked double room with terrace. The room was nothing like what I booked - no terrace, no TV, completely different from the photos. We were met by an elderly couple (the son who runs the place was absent) and their attitude was shockingly rude. It’s upsetting that they tried to make a fool out of me, as if I didn’t know what I had booked. When I complained, they told me to cancel and leave, saying it was the "cheapest room." Later the man even told us to go, then suddenly let us stay but asked me not to leave a bad review. I booked only for one night because of the location near the airport, and I decided to stay since it was late and I was too tired to look for another option. This was one of the worst experiences in my travels to over 40 countries. Dishonest, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. Strongly not recommended.

Rezervirala sva sobo s teraso,ker sva rabila samo za prespat. Ob prihodu, partnerja, lastnik vprasa kaj imava rezervirano pa pravi moj da ne ve ali sobo ali apartma. Lastnik nesramno reče ce misli,da bova za 45€ imela apartma mu poveva da ga ne potrebujeva, da zeliva le sobo,ker se vračava domov. Pa naju pelje v apartma vmes konstatno ponavlja kaj vse sva dobila, kaj nama nudi, tako, da je malo manjkalo da se nisva obrnila pa šla. Katastrofalno se mi zdi, da ne ve kaj oglašuje in po kakšni ceni. Že dolgo nisem srečala tako arogantnega in nesramnega lastnika. Sem nauje ne bo več
