Skinny winding stairs to one of the bedrooms could be tricky for an older person but no problem at all for my child.

Faltavam alguns utensílios na cozinha. O mais grave só havia uma faca destinada para cortar pão mais nenhuma. Portanto só podíamos cortar legumes, carne e o que fosse com uma faca do pão.

This was a cute, rustic stay. It was super handy to have a full sized fridge and cooking area for lunches and if we didn't feel.like going out. The rooms were huge so lots of space to unpack and shower etc. Although a little outdated it was extremely clean and perfect for us. We got a little discount at the beach club around the corner by the same name which was also a nice touch. We loved being a bit out of the super busy Sorrento, it was only a 20/30ish minute walk to the main area of Sorrento but also the train and bus were close by options for those who can't or rather not walk. The staff were friendly and spoke English which helped with our lack of Italian! If the office was open they were also happy to help with taxis! We would stay again for sure!

Unfortunately there isn't always someone around to speak to if you need help. There is a number to call which is lucky if you need it but little things like checking out was a bit tricky as we needed to leave our bags and the office was unattended. This also happened when we arrived and we were lucky to bump into the lady to check in. Don't bother ringing the bell attached to reception as it either doesn't work or it won't be answered. Bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable too.

Carla was very welcoming & helpful. We had a lovely room & a private patio. Sant'agnello is a pretty little town and an easy walk to Sorrento and all the sights. Also the nearby beach is a great place to spend the day.
