Happy Flat free parking

L’appartamento è molto carino e curato, pur non essendo grandissimo è ben strutturato ed è possibile soggiornare anche con un bambino. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per girare Sorrento, molto vicino al centro in una zona tranquilla, un grosso supermercato si trova proprio di fronte. Il parcheggio a poche decine di metri è sicuramente un valore aggiunto per chi arriva con la macchina

L’appartamento è al piano terra ed è un po’ rumoroso, spesso il portone viene sbattuto o le persone si fermano a parlare lì fuori facendo rumore e disturbando il sonno. C’è una sola finestra in camera e quindi non è molto luminoso. Nel bagno spesso sale un odore di fogna che non sempre va via attaccando l’aspiratore. L’acqua della doccia scende un po’ piano. Departamento limpio y muy ordenado. Amplio y cómodo para 2 personas. Buena iluminación aunque artificial. Excelentes toallas. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Wifi rápido. Ubicación perfecta para ir caminando al centro histórico y otros lugares de interés. Está a pasos de la estación de tren y bus. Restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Barrio tranquilo y bonito. Excelente anfitrión, te recibe y explica todo con mucha amabilidad, responde rápido y está atento a cualquier necesidad. Heladera con bebidas variadas, incluso un limoncello.

El baño: Poca presión del agua en la ducha e inodoro. No tiene ventana solo extractor pequeño. Espacio de la ducha pequeño, soy delgada e igual al lavarme el cabello golpeaba los codos con la mampara y pared. Personas corpulentas no podrían entrar en la abertura entre las mamparas.

La struttura è molto carina e centrale.

The location is awesome, just right next to downtown. Parking's super convenient, like 50m from the apartment. It's a garage box, so it's safe. The room's on the first floor, so you might hear some outside noise, but it's not a huge deal. The apartment pretty much has everything you need for any length of stay. Frank, an amazing guy who was super available and helpful during our stay, welcomed us and explained the city attractions and gave us valuable recommendations.

We had some shower drain issues, and Frank brought us pipe cleaner, which helped a bit, but it really needs proper maintenance. The water pressure was super low, making showers not so great 😅. We heard it's a building-wide problem, not just our flat. Since we were there over New Year's, it's understandable they couldn't fix it then.

Fulvio was the nicest host, helped us with the suitcase and the parking (which was very close and super convenient). The apartment was clean and had everything we needed!
