1) We found out we had to deposit 250 pounds via a bank transfer before we could get the keys... since I had booked on the same day (flight changes) I was not in a position to do a bank transfer impromptu. I had to request a friend to pay the deposit on my behalf... I am still waiting for the refund of the deposit. 2) The latch on the door was not hooking properly so was a big struggle in trying to lock the door with the Klevio app.

Good location, near the airport

The whole house has very strong smell especially the sofa’s in the sitting room. The back garden was really in bad condition (didn’t inform us about it)

It was clean and bright. The kitchen was big. And the TV had all the streaming apps.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper for a family of 6. We were only provided 2 rolls. The garden was also not usable as it was all dug up. The washing machine also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

Perfect location for what we was doing. Chessington and legoland lovely place and 4 bedrooms the kids changed every night 😆 Spacious. Clean. Staff was very helpful considering we'd just been cancelled last minute from another property. So they sorted us out. And managed to check in earlier too. For a small shower it was a powerful one. Lovely

The only downside as such was the blinds. Could of been darker. No issue in winter I'd assume but now summers coming gets brighter earlier.
