Sarausa Apartment

The bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. 5-10 minutes walk to Ortigia. Quiet at night.

The kitchen is very small and basic. It’s really not suitable for cooking. (You need to eat out which is very easy in Siracusa.) The bathroom looks amazing but the shower was underpowered. There was a sewer smell on last day.

Marco is a great host! Responsive, helpful and he knows the area. In March it was easy to park on the street for free. Bakery and great pizza close to the flat. Big comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped, but if you want to cook a lot, then it’s limited and would require some new pots. Basic bathroom with shower. Thank you Marco!

Bad smell from the shower. Unfortunately there was some street renovation which caused this issue, but it was bad. We received some liquid but it helped only for couple of hours.

The apartment is very close to Ortiga.It is comfortable and suitable for a family and also for two couples. You can easily find free parking spaces. The owner was very kind and gave us additional info for restaurants. I liked the self check in and check out /easy and without waisting time for him and for us/

Location is great, FREE parking in front of the door. Great host. Make sure to drink your cappuccino at Midolo just 2 minutes away towards Ortigia. Spacious rooms and nice balcony in the sun from early morning untill 15:00 (winter)

Well located, walking distance to historic Ortigia. Comfortable. Not much street noise. Well maintained. The owners were kind enough to provide us with very useful tips on some fine restaurants in Syracuse.

As the weather was rainy and cold, we had issues with the heating as the apartment has marble floors and very high ceilings, however it was settled in no time as owners provided additional heaters and umbrella.

Very specious , clean and great location. It was equipped with all we needed. Host was very responsive and recommended us great places to eat. It was a great experience.

Marco our host was the best you could ask for. Good immediate communication. Big apartment.. winter so heating was challenging.. however we were good. Apt. Walking distance to Ortega, Greece theatre.. again Marco provided all info needed and more

The apartment was super clean, tidy and spacious. Marco was beyond attentive with suggestions and guidance. He even checked up on us throughout our stay. Perfect location especially as we were travelling with a car. We only wish that we had more time. Would return in a heartbeat!
