Wonderful stay. Outstanding location, spacious apartment and wonderful hosts who leave you cocktails upon your arrival. Just like being at home only better. Could have stayed for months. Close to stores, restaurants, bakery and transportation. We would definitely stay there again and again. Many thanks Attilio; Ciao for now.

Difficult access via quite steep internal staircase leading to bedroom on mezzanine floor would be challenging for people with limited mobility.

"Ortigia/Siracusa tutte da vivere"

Nel complesso la struttura è in una posizione invidiabile a 30 MT dalla via della movida in Ortigia senza che ciò crei problemi alla discreta quiete in cui si trova. Arredamento nel complesso carino. Casa adatta a due persone. Bene per macchina caffè a cialde in parte fornite da host insieme a marmellate e fette biscottate. Nel frigo anche acqua di benvenuto. Aria condizionata su due livelli. Bella la stanza da letto in soppalco. Letto comodo. Bagno un po' stretto ma doccia grande. Host molto gentile ed accogliente e pronto a fornire ogni consiglio utile. Peccato che tutti i contatti vengano fatti per telefono o wathsapp. Tramite host possibile accesso a Ztl per il transito MA NON PER LA SOSTA ad Ortigia

La stanza nel soppalco ha un soffitto travato davvero basso ed opprimente. Andrebbe specificato che una persona alta 178 cm stando eretto può sbattere la testa sulle travi. La scala d'accesso è davvero ripida. Si consiglia di applicare un antiscivolo sui gradini. Non piace ingresso alla casa che di fatto sembra la vetrina di un negozio anche se con vetro opaco. Inoltre una cosa che non è davvero piaciuta è stato l'odore di scarichi idraulici e di umidità che ha accompagnato il soggiorno soprattutto entrando in casa ed al piano terra.
