Very good location both by car and tram straight from the train station. The apartment is just above a supermarket so easy to get some supplies and it was clean and a pleasure to stay there.

The apartment is on a busy street with a tramline so for light sleepers that could be a problem.

Unfortunately, I have to put a negative review, because loud construction work was carried out on the day of my stay until 5 am at night!!! The owner replies in a letter that he did not receive a notification about the work being carried out, but the neighbor and the police said that the tenants were notified in advance. Therefore, the police refused to respond. As a result, my friend left the apartment because it was unbearably noisy. To my complaint, the owner replied that he had not received a notification about night construction work. I think, even if this is the case, it would be necessary to compensate for the inconvenience and sleepless night, for which the owner offered compensation of 30 percent, only if I write a positive review first. And the same person also accused me of lying. Very unpleasant and I do not recommend this object! It is also very noisy there without construction work, because there is a tram line under the window and a platform for unloading trucks of the Netto store.

clean, comfy, nice apartment

That's a nice place to stay at in Szscecin, an independant appartment just above a grocery store. You don't hear noise, when the windows are closed. It's quite clean and confortable and it has everything, that you need for a nice stay. It's close to the city center and you can park for free in some streets nearby.

It was a bit hard to find the entrance to the building at the beginning.
