Gute Kommunikation über Nachrichten mit dem Vermieter. Sensationelle Lage mit einem phantastischen Blick auf die Stadt.

Für vier Erwachsene kann es durchaus etwas eng werden. Man konnte auf den Bildern nicht beide Schlafräume sehen. Für unsere Mädelsgruppe war es aber für eine Nacht okay.

"Tolle kleine Auszeit!"

Die Lage einfach traumhaft schön. Unkompliziertes parken, "einchecken" auf dem Hausboot mit vorab Beschreibung des Liegeplatzes anhand von Fotos..top! Der Ausblick abends auf den Hafen ist einfach traumhaft. Ansonsten hat es von der Ausstattung her an nichts gefehlt!

Leider sind die Betten ganz schön hart, so dass jemand mit Rückenprobleme ganz schön zu tun hat. Auch so wirklich Ruhe genießen ist schlecht, wenn rechts und links Lärm durch Baustelle oder Säuberung der Steganlage einen durch den Tag/ Abend begleitet.

Die Lage ist top. Sehr zentral gelegen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Anleger. Service ist immer erreichbar. Man sollte darauf achten, welche Seite vom Hausboot gebucht wird. Damit man eine gute Aussicht hat.

Keine Privatsphäre da es keine Jalousien gibt. Lediglich Vorhänge, die nicht Blickdicht sind. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht besonders. Eher mittelmäßig. Das Doppelbett hat unsere Übernachtung unerträglich gemacht, das es bei jeder auch so kleinsten Bewegung laute Geräusche macht. Knackt und quietscht. Viele Lichter und Lampen sind defekt. Kleine Instandsetzungen sind hier und da von Nöten. Preis Leistung liegen hier leider weit auseinander. Wenn diese, schnell zu begebenden Mängel nicht vorhanden wären, würde ich glatt einen 10 von 10 geben. So war es für den Preis eher enttäuschend
