Apartament Oliwia

This was spot On right in the middel og centrum. VERY nice appartement, PERFECT communication with the host. If i go back to that city i will book this again!!

The shower was small, but the rest was perfekt !!

Awful

I would like the city hygiene service to visit the apartment, from the entrance in the buildings to the stairs, everything is rotten. There is an unpleasant smell in the apartment. The bedsheets are stainy, the bucket to clean the floor is close to the shower, they only give two small towels. To show respect for my wife and me we immediately run away from it and we rented another apartment FOR THE SAME PRICE, brand new, whith view on the castle. We wrote to owners to have money back, they didn't even answered.

The room is nice quiet big, Clean and good location !!

Was bit difficult communication asked about the key. Internet doesn't work :(

Localisation Room size Bath Equipment.

Bed linen. Cleanliness.

The Apartment Was Big and well furnished ,Shower heated with Gas worked well,and Towels Sheets and bed were clean.The Wi Fi Was good. Plenty of Tea coffee , shampoo and soap supplied

All of the nice things that I stated above were no good as the negatives outweigh the positives. If The shoe shop in The Apartment courtyard was not opened I would Not be able to gain entry and lady in shoe shop Managed to Open the Front and Apt doors up for me. .As instructions are very confusing. There are 55 steps up to Apt, The Electric Cooker Ceramic Hob rings could not be turned on and after 4 days touching and rubbing the control sensors I managed to turn it on But the remaining 3 days It took me about 15 minutes each time to turn on. NO CUTLERY and I asked Cooking to contact owners BUT NOTHING HAPPENED The TV did not work either, Biggest problem is lack of communication with be and also with booking.com. and it is in the Owners own interest to Sort these things out and I notice other Postings saying No Cutlery and that was posted about 3 years ago. I do several trips and bookings all over Europe every year and I do not complain for the sake of complaining but rather to get the Owners to Improve their service as it is in their own interest. I now request that I get a minimum of 50 Euro compensation From owners or booking .com as I had to eat out too often costing me a lot of money and will be very delighted to get a reply and compensation but will not be suprised if I dont. - perfect location close to city center and riverside - big apartments with 2 rooms - everything needed to make a tra and snacks at kitchen - iron

- there is no washing machine - no hair dryer - flush point for toilet is broken and sticked - very big and not comfortable pillows - cotton and old bed sheets which is not pleasant to body
