the only thing I like is the location, accessible to supermarket and restaurants

attitude of the caretaker is nightmare, a very worst experienced interacting with the staff because of the penalty she wants me to pay with late check in of i think 20munutes late because of the bad weather that caused us delayed to reached the condo, even i have discussed her lots of explanation about no advise from the owner that I have to pay late check in and no indicated like policy I received, but she is still insisted to collect the payment from time of our checked in through our checked out.

NONE! Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Had to wait for the caretaker before we could check out!

comfort room maybe because of the flush & no bidet but not that big issue for me.

The location of Tagaytay winds is very good.

After moving in to the unit 601 in tower 3 , we discovered a lot of dirt in apartment. Around the the windows in dining area, it was very dirty with lot of blackmould. The it looked really disgusting. - bathroom was certainly cleaned, but it was still lots of hair remains in the drain. - The «sofa» in livingroom was unable for a adult to sit in, due to “hole” in the middle of the spring mattress. - Terrace furniture was in extremely poor shape, and the terrace table are not fit for use at all. It’s so damaged and rusty, that it is falling apart. - This is a self catering apartment with kitchen, but there was not possible to make any food, because it was no kitchen supplies. All kitchen cabinets are closed with chains or lockers. - Toilet had problems with flushing. - TV was not able to use during whole stay, because of broken remote controls, and hopeless poor connection. - The “free Wi-if” only works in early morning , between 6am - 10am Rest of the day, or evening , it is no connection. - The photos of this apartment showing at booking.com, does not show you how bad shape this apartment really are . But don’t be fooled ..this is a really poor quality apartment. - It is described as two bedroom apartment, but seriously.. putting a bunkbed with a crappy sofa under it, doesn’t make it two bedrooms. - Wind condominiums have a extremely unfriendly and negative staff. They are not showing any interest in you as a visitor, and whatever you ask the staff, DONT EXPECT ANY HELP !! Specially the staff working in, and around the clubhouse and pool area. They are really showing so bad attitude. They are not interested in try to help, or find a solution if you need assistance. The attendant working in clubhouse really showed me what bad costumer service means She choose to ignore me and turn back to me , instead of try help me when we asked for help. BIG WARNING TO NON PHILIPPINE CITIZENS Wind Condominiums DONT ACCEPTS FOREIGN PASSPORTS !!

The room and everything inside. It is filthy/dirty. No bedding for the pullout bed, aircon remote has no batteries, we couldnt power off tbe aircon, tv remote is not working, no wifi, we were not able to use the tv, beddings and towels smelled unwashed/so bad. Rusty utensils, no toilet paper, dirty cabinets. I was informed it had bedroom1, bedroom 2 and a living room. But it was not the case, it only had 1 room, a loft in the living room that's it

The owner is very accommodating. We booked late already but he still accept our booking. The place is very accesible to skyranch and near stablishments and restaurants. The room is clean and the facilities are great. My kids loves the bunk bed. Will recommend this place to my friends.
