Bed was uncomfortable, facilities you have to pay to swim 240 peso per day to park a motorcycle no room service ie bed linen change or towels we had to wash, towels supplied where useless,

The actual place does not reflect what was being advertise..instead mountain view,,it's a street view with lots of noise in the middle of the night. The bed was disgusting,,you can already feel the spring beneath while lying down..there are no floor mats in the bathroom,no tissue ..even the towel is a disappointment..tv is not working n the caretaker cannot give us options. over all,,not worth the stay,,

Place is clean overall, A/C is working perfectly (so quiet btw) especially we went on a summer time where it's so hot and humid outside. Caretaker is very responsive and polite to answer to all our queries. Need improvement on the toilet's cleanliness though (6/10). I like that SMDC is near food hubs and cool restaurants and cafes. Place is accessible. Amenities are very nice. You could enjoy your morning run in their community park, and have fun on their sports facilities for a fee, like swimming, tennis, basketball..

I didn't like the parking rates, it's very (sky-high) costly. Charging you 200 for overnight parking on top of the 30 pesos minimum charge+++10/succeeding hours you stayed. We paid 490 pesos in total for an overnight stay. It's quite pricey. Not budget friendly especially if you're travelling on a string. Just my humble opinion. I hope they change on their parking rates. I overheard one couple saying, it's like being scammed on the exorbitant parking rates.
