It is close to all the restaurants.

It is not properly maintained. Door is hard to open and close, broken cabinets, toilet sit was too bad, water heater is not working well, tv is not working (no cable and even local channels), kitchen utensils are all dirty. There are no complimentary toiletries except for toilet paper.
