"It was a great experience in general. The place was clean and smelled clean."

The place was clean and smelled clean. Wifi was fast. The hot water was working. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

It didn't say the place was on the 3rd floor. Good thing we are all fit to climb the stairs up to the top.
