Couch, expensive parking, can't cook

it’s very easy to get into the room, view is great

very nice place and view however when it comes to amenities i will give 7/10 since the rice cooker is not working and also in comfort room the sealing fan (exist fan) is broken, also the extension is not very well connected

The place is not supposed to be for rent. It was not properly cleaned for ages. You think you’re getting a bargain but you are totally losing your money and your sanity here. To the owner: please have your place sanitize and clean. And please, treat your blankets and bed linens to a good laundry. Get a pest control, goodness.

I like that the room is large and spacious. The window is overlooking Taal. There's a postpaid internet which helped me with my work and allowed me to relax at the same time.

There are small roaches and ants. The faucet is leaking. The bidet is on the left side, which is awkward for us. There's shampoo, but it's diluted with water, and the body wash smells bad. The room has some musty smell. Outlets to plug in my laptop and cellphone are so few. They increased prices already, but they should do more improvement first.

Ellah was good to us. The view is what we expected.

It's ok.
