Security or people in charge of the building or on the main lobby are confused, about the proper instructions about the guest time in or checked in they let us stay at the main lobby for 2 hours after checked in time because of mis understanding with the tenants. they need more requirements that should be prepared before the guest checked but it was nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Taal View Condo by Liza at SMDC Wind Residences. From the very beginning, the owner, Liza, was incredibly approachable and kind, making the entire process feel personal and welcoming. The transaction was seamless, and the check-in was impressively smooth with no delays at all. The unit itself is a lovely space—not only is it a nice place to stay, but it was also spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I've been in smdc wind couple of times for a short time stay, pero this one is very homey. Beds are comfy! Super clean and super accommodating and bait ng host. No wonder mataas ang rating nila. :) will book again soon.
