Never again. So expensive yet poor quality of stay. Stayed at Unit 309 Location: 1/10 far from everything. Need to drive 5-8mins to go nearest savemore/mcdonalds. If you are driving your own car the Residential itself its so hard to drive due to many unnecessary island inside the place. That makes the road more narrower considering its a one way. Like the islands need trimming due to branches of trees are long already that can hit scratch or cars Parking fee: You also need to pay parking fee 250pesos/ night Pool fee: 100/head (we didnt use as we already disappointed with the whole stay and place, we just carry on since I cant do any refund anymore) Room: 2/10 they offer towels, 2 rolls of tissue for our 2 nights stay. Room needs some renovation. Bit looking old and dirty, the shower hose are broken there are some holes so water coming out thru it. When you bath and use the en-suite toilets water comethrough the door…. Internet: 1/10 They have disclaimer that its intermittent, we know now adays internet is very needed by all people and mind you, reception or phone signal here is very low either smart or globe. Host should invest in internet not just prepaid Overall stay is disappointing and im regretting booking this place. So many add ons to pay as if the place is worth the money. Place cost me 5k nightly for 5 pax yet not so good. I saw some cheaper place but i book this believing that expensive place is much better

None, dirty and there is unpleasant smell inside the room

All, we didn't enjoy the stay. We don't have any choice but to stay for 1 night since we are all tired and the wedding we need to attend is morning.

I would say that the restaurant inside the La Bella residences was worth it more than an overnight stay in a room for 5 people. Although the caretaker was able to provide us with water upon request, it would be better if she were present to personally endorse us to the reception and show what to expect in the room accommodation that we booked

1. Most of the electrical outlets are loose. 2. We prefer to have disposable paper cups and spoons and forks. 3. One of the beds is too low and Its mattress is bigger than the frame that my mother almost slid down on the floor. 4. The tiny kitchen faucet made loud sound when the gauge is switched on. 5. The closet had foul smell. Overall, facilities in room 309 need to be improved.

I was very disappointed with this property. The value for money is not justified at all. The photos online are misleading—the actual place is much smaller and not well maintained. The ventilation system and AC were dirty, and I even saw cockroaches during my stay. It might be okay for a one-night stay if you have no other option, but definitely not worth the price. The cost should be half of what it is given the current condition. I wouldn't recommend it.

The Resto outside are all good.

The Ref is not working We need to pay for the Parking Fee 250/ Car Television is not working We need to pay for the Pool 100/ pax Bed Linen doesn't smell good. I tried to contact the owner there are some appliances not working if she can give us FREE parking but she refuse to. The place is really nice mostly the resto outside except for room we booked. I don't recommend this Crib, Better book the hotel within the vicinity

i like the location

the onlything that i didnt like in our room was the AC.. every time we turnd it on it makes so much noicel and it isnt just for a couple of mints. but in the hole time.
