I highly recommend this place. Owner was very accommodating with our requests. We loved it here so much that we stayed for another night. The most perfect view of taal volcano.

The from the room is okay

When you are a tourist and you have many days to stay like us 3 days.you will be tired walking from the parking coz it's far from the condo and once you forget something it's hard to go there specially night time.and your car will be under the sun for 3 days.its more okay if the condo has its own parking inside.wifi need to top a.load and need to contact the caretaker to report it. And No balcony.which will be nice if they have.its more relaxing but you have to stand and look the view to feel the fresh air the water that coming out the videt is smelly .it's not even 12 nn and they keep knocking us.

Location is near restaurant and food places

The view was not facing Taal Volcano

The place is clean and accessible.

It would be nicer if the WIFI has Globe really has poor connection within the building.
