host was very accommodating. Very responsive to my inquiries and even allowed us to check in on time. Thank you.

the wifi is unusable at all, some of the appliances are not working. the AC is not working properly

Our reservation was canceled hours before we are supposed to check in. I had a conversation with them a day bfore confirming my ETA. There was no mention that a prepayment was needed. I was unable to respond to them right away when they were asking for a prepayment because I was driving and when we finally arrive in tagaytay, it was only then that i found out that they canceled our reservation. They did not even try to call. I wouldve made prepayment had I known.

No internet connection and tv they didnt have a signal to watch any ch it seems disappointed to us no internet connection and no tv signal
