A2J Executive Studio Suite near Skyranch & Malls Tagaytay

I will rate this A2J Executive studio suite is poor cleanliness....

Im so disappointed, the place was not clean and it smells bad... Also the contact person doesn't response, Internet not well and the comfort room was so disgusting!!!! Smells like stagnant water.... Very POOR cleanliness and hygiene.

Everything except for 1 or 2 things...

Sofa bed already sogged. Need replacement i think. Same with the electric water kettle.

The bed is nice and comfy.

Just the smell of the bathroom is quite funny and don’t know where the funny smell came from.

The place location is great because it’s literally close to skyranch and so many restaurants with taal view. The room design itlself is pretty/ relaxing supposedly. The household material is complete. Hot N Cold shower, blower, shower gel, shampoo , towels & electric stove, pans, microwave, rice cooker, mini ref, 🍽️, 🥄🍷,🥃,☕️, 🔪, ✂️, 🧽. the first thing I noticed as soon as I sat down in the sofa was its SMELL and it was a bit damp. I have a keen sense of smell. So I didn’t sit and even put my things there because it might transfer. I stayed for 2 nights and still the smell stayed still til I checked out, Im just concern because they recommend to use it as sofa bed too. I did try to sun dry the detachable foams in my stay but the main sofa still smells. I had a hard time sleeping too because I still could smell that but apparently it was the Headboard of the best. 👃 also, there were small 🪳 cockroaches.

The caretaker ms remy was very honest. We left my sons tablet under the sofa and she messaged us immediately.
