I like the location and having its own parking slot at the building

water at the shower is not that strong and there's a different smell at the beginning

The views are tremendous ❤️and near to the restaurant... everything was fantastic..i will come back again..❤️..

(Only for improvement..but everything is great!!..)...#Too much dust .👉..the bedsheets,the sofas cover and the towels smell like a long time inside the cabinet ..i can smell it..the sliding door in the bath room is needed to be fixed i was stuck inside..no sliding roller...😔 Once again...I'm not complaining i just observed.it.🙏...i have severe asthma and my sense of smell is very sensitive..my comments is just..to improve more..❤️.but everything is ok.stuff and owner are very kind and attentive.. building is very secured.. everyone are so friendly....9/10❤️ thank you so much..❤️🙏i probably come back again...

"A lovely place at an incredible location with lovely view of Taal."

The property is strategically located with nearby bank, groceries, convenience store, and restaurants. Most of them are just a few steps away. Public transportation was also very accessible. The place was clean and has most of the things we need for a comfortable stay.

The pillows were too firm and high. We tried to use the throw pillows but they had a bad smell like they weren’t washed. There was also a smell from the drain (like from the pipes or grease trap) and the smell often spreads throughout the unit.

Old building, musty smell. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, slippery shower, poor water pressure
