Casa Rosa

Location is great. Villa was clean, kitchen have everything thing. We needed to checkout late and host were very accommodating. Great value for money.

Noise from the street can be a bit loud at night but it’s just a very central location so expected.

The location is just off the main street Corso Umberto, literally a 30 second walk. a multitude of Restaurants are on your doorstep . The property has very good air con in the main reception area and the main bedroom which worked well ..we needed it ! The property is well equipped and we would definitely stay again. The property is also very close to the cable car (to get down to isla bella) and the bus station to get anywhere else .

There is a considerable amount of noise in the property from the road and the multitudes of people passing the apartment from early morning until 2am the next day .. its the price to be paid for being so central. Access is via some steps and i would not recommend the apartment to anyone with mobility issues or young children , for couples like ourselves it's excellent !

this a beautiful flat in the perfect location. Stylishly decorated comfy, spotlessly clean and spacious. Lots of thoughtful touches. Has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. We only used the kitchen for breakfasts but very well appointed. Block out shutters and a comfy bed help light sleepers like me. Host was super helpful and kind at checkin and gave lots of great suggestions and helped us get orientated. The location is perfect. 1 minute walk to the Main Corso with all the restaurants and shops and 5 minutes walk to the cable car to the beach. 1 min from the supermarket and next to a lovely spring water spout to fill up your bottles with.

It is a very modern and nicely renovated apartment, fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine and everything necessary in the kitchen even some unexpected and welcomed surprises like traditional cookies, beer, juices in the fridge:-). The apartment is really clean and well maintained. It is situated in the center of the city, walking distance to all attractions. We really felt welcomed.

Being in the center, there is some noise in the night but the windows kind of protect it from it.
