WARNING! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this property. The booking advertisement falsely claimed that the property could issue an invoice for my company. However, after making the reservation and contacting the property, I was informed that they could not provide an invoice. This false advertisement was misleading and deceptive. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, both the property and Booking.com have failed to address my concerns. The property initially refused to refund the payment for my stay and has since stopped responding entirely. This is a clear case of misleading conduct and dishonesty. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when considering this property. The lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior have left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to avoid the same frustrating experience.
